The recall encompasses tub and tray items with use-by dates ranging from May 20 to May 28, 2025. These products were distributed to retail and foodservice locations in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and North Carolina. No other products are implicated in this recall.
Symptoms of Salmonella Infection
Salmonella infections can lead to serious and sometimes fatal illnesses, particularly in young children, the elderly, and individuals with weakened immune systems. Healthy individuals may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.
