Grand Central Bakery Recalls Bake Frozen Pie Products and Frozen Pie Dough

 

On October 25, 2024, Grand Central Bakery recalled its U-Bake frozen pies and pie dough due to undeclared egg, which could cause severe or life-threatening reactions for those with egg allergies. The affected items—U-Bake Pie Crust, U-Bake Apple Pie, U-Bake Marionberry Pie, and U-Bake Chicken Pot Pie—were sold at all Grand Central Bakery Café locations in Portland, OR, and Seattle, WA, between August 1 and October 20, 2024. These products come in clear plastic packaging with Grand Central Bakery-branded sticker labels, and the expiration date (between 02/01/2025 and 04/20/2025) is located on the exterior of the package.
