Dairy Manufacturers Inc. Recalls Crecelac Formula for Possible Cronobacter Contamination

6/4/2024 Dairy Manufacturers Inc. has announced a recall for their Crecelac Infant 0-12 infant formula due to contamination with Cronobacter spp., a bacterium that can cause severe infections in infants. This recall is an expansion of a previous one and affects products distributed in Texas with the lot number 24 039 1 CHE 352-1, expiring in August 2025. Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled product immediately and return it for a refund.
